For REMS-certified treatment centers
Spravato Marketing Services for REMS-Certified Clinics
You did the hard part: the certification, the monitoring room, the staff. We bring in the patients who qualify, so your treatment chairs stop sitting empty.
No patient information needed. Your audit is free either way.
Why this needs its own playbook
A Spravato patient is not a normal lead
Most of what makes this treatment hard to sell has nothing to do with clicks. Good Spravato marketing services are built around the rules your clinic already lives by.
A visit takes up a morning
The label requires monitoring for at least two hours, and then a check that the patient is ready to leave. Your page has to say so plainly, or people will find out on the phone and hang up.
Someone else has to drive
Patients can’t drive until the next day, after a restful sleep. Distance matters more here than it does for most care, so we plan around the area people will actually travel from.
Most callers need a history first
The indication is treatment-resistant depression, and payers usually ask for records of failed medications. Ads and intake scripts have to find those people, not everyone who is curious.
There’s paperwork between the call and the chair
Prior authorization, REMS patient enrollment and a clear plan for the ride home all happen before the first dose. Every one of those steps is a place to lose someone you paid to reach.
Ad platforms treat it differently
Google restricts prescription drug terms in keywords. Meta separates education from promotion. A campaign set up like any other local service tends to get disapproved, or to go quiet.
Why starts are what we count
One patient start, twelve chair visits in eight weeks
On the label schedule for treatment-resistant depression, a patient comes twice a week for four weeks, then weekly for four, then every week or two after that. So one start can book more chair time than a month of leads that never reach dose one.
That’s why we report on starts and chair hours, and why a marketing plan has to be sized to your chairs, not to a round monthly budget.
Dosing per the FDA label for treatment-resistant depression. Each prescriber sets the schedule. The 2.5-hour visit is our planning estimate: the two-hour minimum plus check-in and dosing.

Ad rules, from the source
What Google and Meta actually allow
A lot of what’s written about Spravato advertising is out of date. Here’s what the platforms’ own US policy pages said when we read them in October 2026.
| What you want to do | Status |
|---|---|
| Say “Spravato” in a Google ad or on the landing page | Allowed |
| Bid on keywords containing “Spravato” or “esketamine” on Google | Needs certification |
| Bid on treatment and condition keywords, like “treatment resistant depression” | Allowed |
| Remarket to site visitors or upload a patient list on Google | Not with health ads |
| Run educational content about a prescription drug on Meta | No authorization needed |
| Run ads on Meta that promote a prescription drug | Needs authorization |
| Target anyone under 18 with prescription drug ads on Meta | Not allowed |
How we work
The first 90 days
See where you stand
We review your search visibility, your site, your Find a Center profile and how calls are handled now.
Fix what’s leaking
Tracking, page copy, phone scripts and the follow-up after a benefits check come first. There’s no point in buying traffic for a broken path.
Turn on the channels
We launch the campaigns that fit your market and your open chair time, then begin local SEO and referral outreach.
Tune to your schedule
Each month we look at consults, starts and open blocks, and move budget toward what’s filling chairs.
Who we help
Built for the clinics that offer it
Psychiatry practices
You already see the patients. We help you fill the chairs and bring in referrals from beyond your own panel.
TMS clinics
You know interventional psychiatry. We help you add a second program without confusing patients or splitting your budget.
Ketamine clinics
Adding insurance-covered treatment changes who calls. We rebuild the message and the intake around that.
Multi-location groups
One reporting view, one set of rules, and local pages that stand on their own at every certified site.

What do Spravato marketing services include?
Usually local SEO, Google and Meta advertising, a website that answers patient questions, referral outreach, and help with what happens after the call. We start with whichever one is holding your schedule back, then add the rest as chairs fill. See all of our services.
Is a clinic allowed to advertise Spravato?
Yes, with limits. In the United States, Google lets advertisers use prescription drug terms in ads and on landing pages without certification, but keyword targeting those terms requires certification. Meta allows educational content without written authorization, while ads that promote a prescription drug need its authorization. We explain both in our guides to Google’s rules and Meta’s rules.
Are you connected to Johnson & Johnson?
No. We’re an independent marketing agency that works for treatment centers. We aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Johnson & Johnson or Janssen. SPRAVATO® is their registered trademark, and we use the name only to describe the treatment our clients offer.
Do you work with clinics that aren’t certified yet?
Yes. We can plan your launch while your REMS enrollment is under way, so your pages, Google Business Profile and referral materials are ready. We’ll hold any advertising until your site is certified and ready to treat. Here’s how a launch works.
How do you measure results?
We count booked consults, first doses and chair hours filled. Clicks and impressions are in the report too, but they’re not how we judge the work. The chair calculator shows how a start turns into chair time.
Do you need access to patient information?
No. Almost all of this work can be done with totals, like the number of calls, consults and starts. If a piece of the work would involve patient information, we’ll sign a business associate agreement first.
How long does it take to see results?
Paid search and Meta can bring calls within weeks, once the ads are approved and tracking works. Local SEO usually takes a few months to move, and longer in crowded metros. Referral programs build slowly and then tend to stick. We’ll tell you in the audit what’s realistic for your market.
What does it cost?
It depends on your market, your number of locations and which services you need, so we quote after the audit. Our pricing page explains what moves the number, and the budget guide shows how to work out a sensible ad budget.
